6ounces(170g)mascarpone cheesesoftened but still chill
1cup(236ml)heavy creamcold
3Tablespoon(63g)honey
3Tablespoon(23g)powdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Add the mascarpone cheese to a mixing bowl and beat on high for 30 seconds.
