Instructions
Warm the honey and lemon juice together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the honey is fully dissolved. Do not boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the cold water until fully combined. You can also do this in the microwave—heat for 30 to 60 seconds. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness, if needed.
