Instructions
Heat the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds (or use softened butter), then mix in the brown sugar and white sugar.
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract. Sift in the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Spray the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper. Air fry at 320°F for 7 minutes. Let cool for several minutes before eating.
