This cookie dough can be frozen, you can pop just 1 or 2 cookies directly from the freezer to the air fryer for freshly baked cookies in minutes.

Butter: Use unsalted butter or reduce the added salt. Substitute with dairy-free butter if needed.

How to Make Gluten Free Air Fryer Cookies

Recipe Tips

Don't overcrowd the air fryer. Bake in batches so the cookies have enough space to spread and cook evenly.
Slightly underbake for a gooey center. The cookies will continue to firm up as they set, so you can pull them out when the cookies have a slightly crisp edge and soft center.
Air fryers don't always provide the top-down heat needed for cookies to spread naturally. A gentle press with your fingers helps.
