Hi, I'm Jen! Imagine sinking your teeth into a perfectly moist chocolate cake that happens to be gluten-free. No crumbly disappointment—just pure dessert bliss.

After years of kitchen experiments (and yes, some spectacular failures), I've cracked the code on GF treats that everyone will reach for. My goal is simple: to help you make desserts so good, no one will miss the gluten!

Every treat is gluten-free, and many come with dairy-free or nut-free options, so you can feel confident no matter your dietary needs.

Jen has a BSBA and an MBA from The Ohio State University. She is a retired operations executive. She started her first recipe website, Peel with Zeal, in 2017.

She has developed over 600 recipes for her websites and clients.

Jen was a featured blogging expert and speaker at the Tastemaker Food Blogging Conference in 2024.

What is Celiac Disease?

Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder where the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine. It is estimated to affect 1 in 100 people and it’s genetic. An estimated 6-10% of the population is gluten intolerant.
